Booking fee
Indoor studio photography session
For our indoor studio photography session there is no booking fee. The full amount of the chosen package needs to be settled on the date of the sitting / photo shoot.
No photographs / film footage / other products or services will be delivered until 100% of the total balance has been settled in full.
Payment for additional products and services is to be made in full at the time of ordering (i.e. photo prints, photo books, canvas prints, frames, retouching, etc.).
Outdoor or commercial photography
Summary: 50% advance; 50% on or before the time of the photo shoot.
While booking online or offline, you have to pay an upfront advance of at least 50% of the total charges. This serves as a booking fee of 50% credit toward the total cost of outdoor or commercial photography packages, and secures the time and service of the 800 PHOTOS STUDIO crew (Wise Monkeys Productions LLC).
Booking fees are non-refundable and can only be used to book another session, provided at least two working days’ notice is given to our official email: info@800photos.com.
Transfers can be made to other services or products of the same amount within 12 months of the original booking date. Once a rescheduling has been made, further rescheduling and / or amendment of the booking is not allowed.
The remaining amount needs to be settled on or before the date of the sitting / photo shoot. No photographs / film footage / other products or services will be delivered until 100% of the total balance has been settled in full.
Payment for additional products and services is to be made in full at the time of ordering (i.e. photo prints, photo books, canvas prints, frames, retouching, etc.).
Summary: 50% advance, confirmation email received, client pays 50% on or before the time of the photo shoot, hardcopy receipt provided.

Confirmation
Clients will receive a confirmation email and receipt upon payment of booking fees. This email confirms the booking with 800 PHOTOS STUDIO (Wise Monkeys Productions LLC), and hardcopy printed receipts will be provided on the day of the photo shoot upon full payment.
Any verbal communication DOES NOT guarantee a booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation charges are as follows and are strictly applied. Cancellation within the specified number of days / hours below, prior to the scheduled shoot, will incur a cancellation fee as a percentage of the total amount due for booked services.
4 days: 30%
72 hours: 50%
24 hours: 75%
Less than 24 hours: 100%
Postponement charges are identical to the cancellation fees detailed above. In addition to this cancellation fee, the client will be charged for any expenses already incurred by Wise Monkeys for preparation and previously agreed by the client (i.e. props, etc.).

Refund policy
At this time, there are no refunds or returns of products or services rendered in print or electronic format. No exception can be made as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or preferences.
However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to allow clients to use the advance amount against future bookings or orders of products or services.

Delivery terms
Prior to the beginning of a session or product order, a final list of deliverables will be agreed upon between the client and 800 PHOTOS STUDIO (Wise Monkeys Productions LLC).
Any changes to the final list of deliverables need to be requested prior to starting the editing / printing / post-production service and may incur additional costs.

Shipping policy
Shipping within the United Arab Emirates:
800 PHOTOS STUDIO offers shipping to all customers within the UAE for AED 37 + AED 7 fee/product.
For orders by call, we can arrange to deliver the items to you via courier. This service comes at a fixed delivery fee of AED 40 within the UAE.
Delivery service is provided within the major city limits. Any territory beyond the city limits falls outside the delivery parameter. In such cases, we kindly request you arrange pickup of your orders from an alternate location or from our office.

Data retention
800 PHOTOS STUDIO (Wise Monkeys Productions LLC) retains client files for up to 3 months after a session. If a client requires the footage / imagery after 3 months, we may or may not be able to provide the footage from a backup.
If available, archived images may be available at an extra cost of AED 1,000.

Photo prints / digital
Requests for any additional prints, enlargements, canvas prints, digital files or other services and products must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Once the booking has been confirmed by both parties and is in process, changes and refunds are not permitted.

Privacy
800 PHOTOS STUDIO (Wise Monkeys Productions LLC) respects the privacy of its clients. The data we collect, including personal data, images, video and contact information, is kept in secure systems and will not be sold or disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior written approval.
Verbal approval will not suffice. All approvals need to be made in writing via the official email info@800photos.com.

Force majeure
800 PHOTOS STUDIO (Wise Monkeys Productions LLC) reserves the right to amend, defer or cancel the above terms in part or in full at any time, with or without prior notice.

Governing law & jurisdiction
Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the aforementioned terms, including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“the DIFC Courts”).
